Ash spent summers barefoot and making up stories in Oregon before graduating from Western Oregon University with a B.A. in English Linguistics. After moving to Seattle and then North Carolina, they married their cosplay sweetheart and were adopted by several cats and a Donut, who take up Ash’s time not spent writing.
Ash Nouveau is a YA author represented by Michaela Whatnall at Dystel, Goderich & Bourret. They write speculative fiction so queer teens can see (and maybe even find) themselves in books like Ash never quite did.
